Automated Ingredient Weigher

When starting from scratch ingredients the choice always has to be made to manually fill the batch mixer or to go for an automated batch feeding system. A combined system is also a realistic alternative: fully automated for majors like sugar, flour, oil etc. and manually for the minors like coloring, flavoring or emulsifiers. Both methods can be fully integrated in the TFT- software. TFT can supply dosing systems, mixers on load cell’s, conveyor screws for various products and off course the related software and communication portals with related systems.

Benefits:

  • Labour saving solution
  • Reducing human faults to a minimum
  • Reducing risk of packaging materials and foreign bodies in product
  • Easy to link to a ERP-software environment
  • Guaranteed (measured) recipe control

The TFT-RotoBatter

The TFT-RotoBatter is a batch mixer or pre-mixer designed to mix dry and liquid ingredients to a homogeneous mass or batter. Executed with two (top driven) agitators both mixing and scraping guarantees not only a prefect mix, but also an optimal emptying and possible heat transfer from the (optional) jacket. The bottom mounted transfer pump empties the mixer (also upstream or over longer distance). Of course CIP, ingredient feeding and controls are part of the concept.

Benefits:

  • Not a general purpose machine adapted to a batter mixer, but a dedicated design for batter mixing
  • Minimal aeration in the batch mixer to improve density control. Air should be introduced in the continuous aerator only and not uncontrolled in a batch mixer
  • CIP-able design
  • Prepared to be connected and communicate with (third party) dosing systems
  • Can be executed with loadcell weighing system
  • Two top drives, no seals in product.
  • Also available in jacketed execution (for temperature control)
  • Unit can be fully integrated in TFT control software and tempering/ mixing solutions

The TFT-RotoCutter

The TFT-RotoCutter is a batch mixer or pr- mixer designed to mix dry and liquid ingredients but it also blocks fat to a homogeneous mass or batter. Executed with a high shear knife mixer and a scraper. Both mixing and scraping guarantees not only a prefect mix, but also an optimal emptying and heat transfer from the jacket. The bottom mounted transfer pump empties the mixer (also upstream or over longer distance). Off course CIP, ingredient feeding and controls are part of the concept.

Benefits:

  • Not a general purpose machine adapted to a cream mixer, but a dedicated design for optimal cream mixing performance
  • CIP-able design
  • Prepared to be connected and communicate with (third party) dosing systems
  • Can be executed with load cell weighing system
  • No contact between seals and product
  • Two top drives: one scraper, one high-shear cutter. No seals in product
  • Standard available in jacketed execution(for temperature control)
  • Unit can be fully integrated in TFT control software and tempering/ mixing solutions

The TFT Impellor Mixer

The TFT-Impellor mixer is a batch mixer designed to mix and hydrate dry ingredients with low viscosity liquids homogeneously (for example gelatin and water). Executed with a special design, impellor type mixer delivers a  lump-free mix is guaranteed. The tank is jacketed to keep your product at the required temperature. The mixer can be mounted on top of a holding tank and be emptied by gravity or the optional bottom mounted transfer pump empties the mixer (also upstream or over longer distance). Off course CIP, ingredient feeding and controls are part of the concept.

Benefits:

  • Special designed for lump free operation
  • CIP-able design
  • Prepared to be connected and communicate with (third party) dosing systems
  • Can be executed with load cell weighing systems and mass flow measurements
  • Very high performance on gelatin/water solutions
